I wound up making a bunch of cutlets. Besides this tray for this evening, I also made some to put in the fridge for this week, and some more in the freezer for later down the line.

I'm watching some NY football while preparing chicken cutlets. 8 lbs. to be precise. I'll finish them up later though. Gonna go work on some Christmas lights outside while the sun is still out.

I thought I'd share the finished product with y'all. Went with chicken parm over spaghetti.
