Oh hell no, it's a lot more complicated than that.

And please, by all means, let's keep the misconception that AR stands for Assault Rifle... And anything with a forward grip is the devil and a baby killer.
Probably better let Golf and now CG know that.

Morning Raz
Howdy, Tex. Did you stay up watching the Baltimore wildlife?
Watched it off and on till about 11 ;D    Tip of the day:   If you already have adequate firearms Invest in Bullets and Silver/Gold!!!!!
Diamonds. Silver and gold are too difficult to move. Diamonds are durable *and* portable.
I will disagree till hell freezes over about that one.

They are no doubt lighter, but one would have to be a certified gemologist to know what the value would be... most of these types are crooks to begin with.
Yep, and there is no such thing as a "small" investment or "incremental" investing with diamonds which are very easy with gold and silver.  You can begin a silver investment program for about $20/purchase.  Value may or may not skyrocket but when SHTF you can trade it pretty easy.   Investment grade diamonds start off at 10's of thousands of $ and jewelry grade will not do much for you unless you bought them at pawn shop purchasing prices of 10 cents on the dollar.   Gold and Silver can be tested for quality instantaneously with little effort not so with diamonds.  If your neighbor has toilet paper and you don't try trading him a diamond for it..... unless he is a diamond cutter and can appraise it you pretty much have something of no value.

Definately want something you can easily break down value, as you said. Don't want to pay $500 for a gallon of water if you don't have to.

Here is the necklace and earring holder I made her:

I made one just like that for my Mom...In 8th grade wood shop
I think Scott is jealous, Shaun. Make one for him, don't make him beg.

Haha. He can make it a tie rack... and probably won't need that many hooks.

1 oz silvers and 1/10 oz golds are nice even though they price/oz is higher.  You can buy a little at a time as you have extra $ and if needed for SHTF you can trade in small amounts.  Personally I am more of a silver fan but that is just because my Dad brought me up that way.........  some of both is probably the right answer.   Was told by a very money-wise person - diamonds are for billionaires.

Probably better let Golf and now CG know that.

CG has a couple shotguns, so there's hope. Golf is just waiting for the non-lethal revolution... 'Set your phaser to stun!'  ;D

Good morning, Joe.  We're learning about assault rifles today.  And speaking of being assaulted, Scott's around here somewhere.

Yeah, if I ever got the urge to discuss guns with a republican, I would just go ahead and run headfirst into a wall - save myself the typing.

It's worse than that.  A whole genre has been coined - "Assault Weapons."  It's very convenient.  You can put anything you want in there.  After all, what weapon isn't used in assaults?
