Some wonderful lunch thoughts on the Banter today, Thanks!   But I went with a hippie joint burger & fries.
I had my usual packed lunch today. Nothing fancy here for this commie.
Commie Dave?
Only if you have tofu and granola....
nothing commie about the ribeye steak and the twice baked potatoes.
they do let you grill at your desk right?  8)
That'd be epic, wouldn't it? Do plan on having burgers on the grill tonight, as we do usually a couple of times a week.
Pasta night, I think it's raining hard by us today...
although wife was doing grocery shopping, it could be anything.
we haven't had fish in a while (outside of sushi).  8)

Supposed to be raining here later, too, but I have my grill in the garage. I cook out in any weather. Some times is less comfortable than others. Haha.

That was Saturday afternoon's burger.  I had a gift card to Hop Jack's, so took the warden there.  Had the Black & Blue.  Loved it.  Went great with a local IPA. I imagine the Bleu Cheese would be great on steak.  Have to try that.

Gotta make sure you get the fresh stuff, not what generally passes for Bleu Cheese in salad dressing.

But it's not for everyone.  Has a pretty strong bite to it.

Mondays, amIright?
You are a husband,
 hence by definition you are
 very rarely right!  8)
But I think this once, I was indeed right.  How goes it, Flip?  They are working me down to the bone today (and not in a good way).
Went to heat up some soup (Campbells, Chunky Soup - The soup that eats like a meal)
if your meal smelled like dog food that is, too rainy today to venture out for lunch.
they are renovating the building, and they are moving us to another floor this week.
the more stuff in my "pantry draw" i eat, the less I have to move... edited to make sense
and match the english language!

Was that like haiku or free form or incoherent ramblings?

Clemson makes their own bleu cheese that people rave about, just not me.

what, are you all preoccupied by LTG's two bikini
clad women in a hot tub.  Can't type with one hand?  ::)
Morning flip.  Seems as though LTG left us to fill in the rest of the story on our own.  Hence the preoccupation.
Unfortunately, that was the end of the story. They came into the hot tub when the wife and I were in there, I got a good look as they walked past us, but then they stayed in there the rest of the time we were, so I never got to ogle them as they got up or anything. Much to my dismay.
No bubbles bouncing the floats or anything?  Water level too high?

Yea, but they've all fancy and made the service like a Coldstone rather than simple scoop and go.  Then again, I'm old fashioned, and enjoyed getting it from the Ag building, no frills.

The bubbles in the hot tub were going, hiding my view. Damn bubbles.

Not really, crappy layover in Chicago.  At least in United lounge with free house wine.
