(CNN)Shots were fired on the west front of the U.S. Capitol building Saturday afternoon, Capitol police spokeswoman Kimberly Schneider said

The suspected shooter was "neutralized" but the building was locked down as a precautionary measure, Schneider said.

No one will be allowed to enter or exit the Capitol building or the Capitol Visitors Center during the lockdown.

U.S. Capitol Police officers also are investigating a suspicious package on the lower west terrace of the Capitol, Schneider said.

Several streets in the area have been closed.

Now if I could only figure out what Dean's tattoo looks like.  The photo is so little, it looks like a Raccoon with a branch through it's head with a vulture sitting on a flower next to it.  Is that close..?

I am not a tattoo fan so that would be a compliment IMHO.

Normally tattoo's mean something to the person that gets them, so I'm wondering if it means he's no longer a treed raccoon...?  Oh well, it just made me curious.

My computer is starting to give me problems again (Page is unresponsive, Shockwave plug-in is not responding.)  Weird, if I reboot it will work ok for about 30 min.  Anyway, I may be off and on today.

I have two t-bone steaks, and I'm too tired to cook them.  I may put them into a pot, pour some beef gravy onto them, add some Lipton onion soup mix, and simmer them for an hour.  I wonder how that would turn out...?  It does sound easy thou..

Well, I pulled a Xikar HC Connecticut out of my humidor.  I think I'll give that a try, and watch some tv.  I wish I could have some whiskey or scotch to go with it, but I don't think I'm supposed to drink while taking medication..?  Good thing I didn't ask about cigars...
