Fuk''n COMMIES!!!! :'(   Coming down to the wire now on Son's wedding and I find out my Liability Insurance & Umbrella does not cover me if we are holding an event off our property and giving away liquor, beer or wine.  Son of a Beach another $250-300 for 6 hours of liability insurance coverage +having to fuk with getting it. >:(
Does that cover you if someone gets sauced at the party and has a head-on collision with a school bus?
Yes, up to $5 million.

Nota Bene:
Studies have shown that if your parents had no children,
there is a strong chance that you won't either!

and is the liability reduced, if you have a cash bar?
Not really but it lowers your premium a minor amount.   If you are the "provider" of the booze you are screwed.
never been to a BYOB wedding, seems the safest insurance wise, but will get you weird looks from the invitees.

Answer there is generally NO also.   Commies have covered all the bases.

You'd think you could handle this yourself with all the time you have on your hands now.

Agreed, I never even thought about the liability side of it when I scheduled and had mine.

GFY! I'd rather have a professional do this sort of stuff.

About that for the full synthetic. It's the wife's car, her Subaru Forester.

put the car up on ramps, catch old oil in a pan, take off old oil filter,
use a touch of the old oil on the new oil filter gasket, screw on the new filter
replace the oil drain plug, pour in the new oil.
back car off ramps - DO NOT Drive FORWARD.  All done.
tools needed, socket set or crescent wrench, correct oil filter wrench,
two ramps, used oil tub.  I taught my 14 year old daughter how to do this....
