@ Bean I-35 @ 1431 Southbound is completely closed due to an 18 wheeler crash and Northbound is at a crawl due to gawkers. Large fire involved so may be that way a while.

I have an acre and needed a new tractor, it takes me like 1.5 - 2 hours to do my lawn every weekend which is a pretty big waste of time while coaching baseball and having kid's activities so instead of spending $2,000 on a mower we decided to try this guy out, $30/week instead of the $2K investment and taking the time so I just told the wife to put in a little O.T. to make up for it! Between the grass and the snow, this guy's basically on the payroll
