If you believe in it, you can make it happen.

I applied for a job yesterday. I know it's a numbers game so I'll have to submit about 40 more resumes in the coming week. I can keep the resume pretty consistent but those cover letters are killer. I really hope someone is reading this shit. I know that it's mostly fed into a system these days.

My current contract doesn't run out until the end of June but my goal is to have something else lined up by the end of April.

Wish me luck.
Cover letters are the worst. But they say there's a ton of work out there, so maybe that'll help your odds a bit. Good luck!
I'm hopeful. There mostly seem to be a lot of entry level positions out there. I can afford to be picky though. It's really the benefits that I'm after.
It's always easier getting a job when you already have one.
Very true. That's why I'm starting to look now.

Good morning, ClemsonDave. Fun games to watch last night but they put the final nails in my bracket coffin.

My honey-do list is growing. I need to get some shelves up in the boys' room first.
Do you already have them or have to go out and buy them too?
They were purchased already. Anything decorative the Mrs would have bought long before we knew where to put them.

Actually snowing pretty good out there right now. Nothing really sticking so far, but I still don't like the visual.

No, but there is a Lowe's just down the street.  Maybe I should set up a table... ;)
