Travellin Dave - I did like that BareKnuckle the other night, but I did have issues with the wrapper coming undone for about 1 inch.  The Nutella did help paste the outter wrapper back on, but I wouldn't suggest using it due to the Nutella making you want to lick your own cigar..!  Oh, and your cigar will also hiss at you and smell like your making smores over a campfire.  Once you get past it, it smoked fine.

In 1964, The Beatles made their first live American television appearance on "The Ed Sullivan Show," broadcast from New York by CBS.
I watched that.  I had already bought their album "Meet the Beatles..."  After the Ed Sullivan Show all the boys wanted to grow their hair like girls and wear high heeled boots.
But, that was only because the girls would be quicker to make out with you if you did.  also saw that show but never really liked the early Beatles music.
Good morning all!
Hi Sam...  I think I liked most all of their music except Yellow Submarine which used to drive me nuts. Later I heard the song was about how they could never go out into public, I guess like Elvis Presley, and had to always stay in, as if living in a Submarine.
Hi BD!  I can't say I know enough to remember which album came out before the other, but the Yellow Submarine album and movie was one of the 1st one of theirs I liked.
Paw Paw Dave probably remembers. ;D
.....indeed, but never particularly liked the Beatles.
Me neither they wer the first Post WW II Commie Invasion.
Yeah, but there was already a native insurgency in progress, led by Pete Seeger, the Weavers, and Woody Guthrie.
And joined by Lyndon B. Johnson moving into the Whitehouse.

Smoked Turkey on Rye with Smoked Gouda Cheese and a little Grey Poupon, not bad.
That sounds great...  The wife wanted Chicken and Dumplings.  I lucked out and the dumplings all came out of the can correctly rather than one giant dumpling.

Me too and bad part is it does not seem like that long ago.    She loves you yeah yeah yeah~
Bunch of old farts.  I was born 15 months after that.
Well, they DID call it Rock & Roll.  Ever wonder about the origin of the name "Rock & Roll"?
No, I've known the origin of the term since I was about 6.
I hadn't until i reached the tender age of 17 and happened to ask an older "rocker" who laughed and proceeded to tell me.
My dad was a folk musician in San Francisco in the early 60's, and barely 18 when I was born.  So I got the musical indoctrination early on.
Great, that's good for you.  Otherwise you would be trying to dance to rap music these days.

I bet nobody ever had this assignment before! ???

From our Headquarters Lack of Leadership this morning:

Due to cuts in funding everyone needs to be realigining their performance plans to do less with less for the balance of performance year 2015.

Sounds easy but we got so many dipsticks that do nothing it is going to be a challenge to do less, IT Department for example!
It's not easy doing nothing for 8 hours.
I agree...  Guard duty in the military was the worse, except for the night a Bull Moose chased me out of the ammo dump...  I thought about shooting him with my 45, but I was afraid it would make him really, really MAD...!!!!  Did you ever see how big those thing are..?
Wise man.  That .45 would have hurt when the moose shoved it up your ass.
His back was as high as my nose, and I swear he had an antler spread of about 8 foot.  When I was a kid I ran into a black bear while camping in the Smokey Mountains.  They said to yell and scream and bang on thing to make allot of noise and they'll run away.  So I ran into the guard shack and started pounding on the sides and yelling and scream, and he ran off.
How big was his dick?
I don't know, I sure didn't see any love in his eyes...!

Actually it gave me a very broad appreciation of musical styles.  There's a lot of hip-hop that I like.

Top 40 radio, on the other hand, needs an enema.
