Sheesh, too much work this morning.
Wife was offered the job she interviewed for on Monday last night, just ironing out the financial details which should be done today.
Good for her!    Now as to you different story.  You went to a meeting at 7:15 and just showed back up whining about work.
7:15-8:30, 9-10:30, 10:30-11:15...UGH!  fuckin Wednesdays!
What else you got to be doing?   Hope the wife gets away from those 18 hour shifts and such  so she can spend more time potty training you.
Lol - She will be moving from the OB floor to the Fertility Clinic, so now working 7-4 and no weekends...versus 50/50 day 12s and night 12s
Uh-oh, watch out for that Fertility Area, shit tends to happen there...know what I mean?

Should make it easier to mix the martinis.
But those thin martini glasses are rather fragile, might be an issue there.
Drink 'em straight from the shaker.  Colder that way.
I make mine in the shade of the vermouth bottle. or rinse the glass with vermouth, then use Bombay Sapphire.
My favorite is Tanqueray Ten with Noilly Prat Vermouth (Bret's suggestion) and olives
I had a chemical reaction to Gin causing me to fall out of a moving car window about 30 years ago and can't even stand the smell of it much less dare taste it agian.
Tanqueray and tonic has been my staple drink for as long as I can remember, probably since I was 20. People don't usually dabble with gin, it seems it's either loved or hated
That's my drink as well. Great minds and whatnot.
The very combination that put me out the window.

Ask your wife.
I did, she told me whoever used them was gay
They're commies.
Gay commies? Like your snowmen?  ;D
My snowmen are libertarian.  But like all the snowmen, gay nonetheless.
Bring on the groundhogs!   That way if they see their shadows we can use them for target practice.
Doesn't BD have groundhog issues?  Or prairie dogs, or some such varmint.
Moles but he is morally opposed to snuffing them out so nothing to see there but more moles. ::)  Hopefully when he is up to his azz in moles he will beg us to come rid him of them. ;D
I do not wish to create any bad karma...  I guess if you were starving and hunted them for food, it would be ok.  I did see in the movie, "Three Amigos," they were sitting around the campfire eating bats..!

Much Better!   Hope she does not fertilize you as we need no more yellowstars.
No shit right, I'll keep it practice only!

Chit we may be part of CA if this keeps up!   :)  Bean is north of me so he will go first I guess, you guys enjoy our cigars!

Now that's a Martini.  If it doesn't have some Vermouth, it's just Gin.
I really like Tangueray when I can afford it (not the Ten, really can't afford that..!)  Presently, it's been Beefeaters for me.. :)

I'm on the love side of that.  Tequila on the other hand, was that way for me until recently when I started to drink decent stuff.  TGO's fault.

Grey Goose Vodka a little dirty w/ 3 Olives shaken not stirred is the only way I do them
find habenero stuffed olives(or jalapeno stuffed olives), and you will have a new appreciation for the drink.
you sir are having a vodka martini.  perfectly acceptable, but it is a slightly different drink. the younger generation has no appreciation for the true classics.  few drink sidecars or manhattans today.
I'll take Manhattan...!!!  I love them..
