Because dogs have more freedom than people under the pandemic laws rules guidelines edicts.

Because his visit is completely out of pocket and doesn't involve the insurance companies. That's my guess.

Nope...got doggie insurance,  but its handled differently than human insurance.

I' might be wrong, but I don't know that there's been any evidence that this can be spread via animals. I'm sure that's the reason.

it was just a good thing I was close to shore. had I been out past the channel it could have had different results. I had my life jacket, just didn't have it on. 🙄

At this time, there is no evidence that animals play a significant role in spreading the virus that causes COVID-19. Based on the limited information available to date, the risk of animals spreading COVID-19 to people is considered to be low.
