oh in that case, there was bloodshed and a huge firefight, the national guard was brought in to stop the looting and rioting. humidors were turned over and their contents were burned slowly one at a time over years to come....

How so?

forgot to name one guy, and he felt slighted....
not making that mistake again.

I'm sure it was a joke.  Besides, my own banter etiquette for social pleasantries can be somewhat lacking at times.

Sometimes I stay logged in even though I've left my computer, AND don't say bye or BBL.

No, I just wasn't any kind of observant, I've gone back to my Hello boys, it covers everybody (except the ladies),
