I have since moved on to a Laranja, but I guess I've smoked one of these before so it doesn't matter as I don't have today's fkn newspaper to hold up next to it. 

Won't be having a Luminosa or Laranja till I'm in the new house.  Not being weird, they are just buried in packed boxes and totes.

Are you sure he hasn't cooked ribs before?
the ones on the right have a mustard and coffee rub. will be interesting.
the mustard and coffee ribs were nothing to write home about. will stick to my usual sauce. those were GREAT.
