No, that's a new official HR term he just learned yesterday.

I did learn that sexual harassment needs to be an ongoing event - slapping a woman's ass or pinching it once isn't grounds for sexual harassment charges...you guys can thank me later.

ERP???  'slowly I turn, step by step, inch by inch...'  the bane of my computer life here at work.  not so much the program but the support or lack of (which the program seems to take a lot of).

Haha - same here.  Currently I manage our 3 Support Desks for our different ERP solutions/categories...lot of resources to keep it floating

We had a sweet little old lady that would stand across the street from work in front of our Credit Union.  She would get there around 10:30am till 1:30pm and ask each person, "Would you have a dollar for lunch..?"  When she was finished, she went into the credit union and would deposit her money.  It was always rumored that she had allot of money in her savings.
