Nothing wrong with date nights even us old farts do that on occasion.  Now as to gender reveal that is some stupid shit, for starters who besides immediate family gives a shit.

That's my exact point...I might skip it as it's so ridiculously stupid it just infuriates me talking about it.  Now if the parents dont know and they want to find out around their closest friends and family, that's cool as hell-but it's stupid as fuck when they already know.
