Checking in from the work man cave with a nica rustica.  Think I'd better put the smoke detectors in "test".

just checking in. wish I could say I feel better. still taking meds, plenty of fluids, resting, and trying to eat. no cigar in almost a week.
Glad to have you checking in Mr. Dean.  Just takes keepin' on what you're doing.  No shortcuts available, I'm afraid.

Probably a good idea.  Thought you had that room independently vented...

Simple fact of the matter is that once you get a virus, nothing to do but ride it out.  Meds help minimize the symptoms, but nothing more to do.  Did you get the flu shot?

It is separate, vents out into the shop.  Just was reminded what a smoke bomb this stick is.

no. I gambled on the 20-30% effective.
Stay away from casinos!
It's about 35% effective in prevention.
What hasn't been communicated well is that even in cases where you do get it after vaccination, symptoms are significantly reduced.
Also, depending on what you are on for the RA, that can also adversely affect your immune system.
Be sure to get the shot next year!
