Yup, less than a mile from that interchange.  It's 31 and I-95, but they are renaming it and changing exit numbers to 295.  That's a fun story of another NJ roadway boondoggle.

Can they make it anymore confusing? If you didn't know the area you wouldn't stand a chance

Of course they can.  They were supposed to continue I-95 north midway between exit 4 (Rt. 31) and exit 5 (Rt. 206)  You can still see vestiges of off-ramps.  Well NIMBYs stopped that so we now have I-95N now magically turning into I-295S without much warning.  Then NJ Tpk magically turns into I-95....except for the parts that are Rt. 1.
