Oh, now that's funny right there.
This morning I had a toasted bialy (actually two) with butter.  For those of you who
are not among the cognoscenti, a bialy is sort of like an unboiled bagel, with a depression
in the middle instead of a whole.  the depression is then filled with what looks like carpet sweepings and
then it is baked.
