Dahhhh,  NO!  That is anything but normal, families put people in the nut house for that sort of activity.

It's not my actual neighbor doing the work. He has minions. Pays guys from the local Department of Public Works to stop by and do it. I'm sure they're using taxpayer equipment though.

actually the park was lit up when we got there and it didn't take long for our eyes to get adjusted to the dark. it was lighter than I thought it would be.
