good morning from my 'new to me' home. what a cluster fuck yesterday was. house is nowher near ready. I have quite a bit of work to do, which will be coming off my rent.

Need to write up a punch list, do a cost estimate (with reasonable labor costs....not free!) and go over it with the landlord and get him to sign off on it.  Should be good for a month or two of rent.

Not to mention the full humis. It would have to be a steal of a deal for me to pull the trigger. In fact, I still have a $100 gift card to sis that needs using. I'll stay patient.
