good morning from my 'new to me' home. what a cluster fuck yesterday was. house is nowher near ready. I have quite a bit of work to do, which will be coming off my rent.
Need to write up a punch list, do a cost estimate (with reasonable labor costs....not free!) and go over it with the landlord and get him to sign off on it.  Should be good for a month or two of rent.
working on that with his mom.
So are you paying cash rent to him when his mother actually owns the house?

They lowered the price again. I can't believe how screwed up these sites have become.
Better buy now before the price goes back up!
I'm not interested anyway. Bought a couple of new sticks at the Famous B&M last Thursday that I haven't had a chance to smoke yet. Also received a few new cigars from 2guyscigars.com, yesterday. Not to mention the full humis. It would have to be a steal of a deal for me to pull the trigger. In fact, I still have a $100 gift card to sis that needs using. I'll stay patient.
