Trash men are not going to like me this Wednesday.
I'm sure they already didn't like you.
But they do, I give them Gatorade and such in the hot summer.

Best CigarFest for me ever ... was on Friday, I walked out of the building with something to eat and I see two guys standing there.  Without a word being said, instantly I knew that they were Barry and CB.
Then when we were talking, I see two guys, 50 yards away walking towards us, and instantly I knew who they were: Dean and Sooner Jeff.  It was like a school reunion, meeting up with old friends, yet I had never met these guys in person.  It just shows that the banter is something more, you really get to know these guys (and gal or two) over time.  Further cementing the relationships when gathering for a herf. When the 4 of us were standing there, we called Ken Glass in LA, to say hi and to clarify some info.  One of the guys had promised to get a signed book from Shorty Rossi, the Pit Boss, because Ken's daughter loved his involvement with pit bull rescues.  It was nothing short of amazing and wonderful.  Later we hooked up with LTG Dave, Nate, Tony, Charlie and more ... even Dalek made an appearance.  Sorry if I'm overlooking anyone.

Got my Amazon Basins today and been organizing and working on making room in my tubs for 2 hours.  Holy cow, I must say I have a nice lifetime and a half cigar collection.  Thanks to all for enablin with so many great deals, my son and his BIL will appreciate it.👍

Sly, I think most folks were planning on going Friday, so of course Tony comes back with Saturday arrangements.
A number of us are are not even going to CFest proper but just hang out at the Herf house on Lake Harmony that LTG has.

Went through a pile of my parents old papers and stuff this morning and all those years that my father referred to me as a little bastard it was not true, I found their marriage license and it was dated 10 years before I was born.  Wonder what he was thinking ???

Morning, muchachos. Pain's down to a dull roar, so I'm preparing for the weekend gigs while sucking down antibiotics.
/// Raz, hope you feel better.  Would like to hear your music.  Don't you have anyone to video a gig or at least portions and post on You Tube?  My brother does that with local and national bands (has gotten good at it) and has his own You Tube channel. He has become familiar to a number of musicians to where he gets invited back stage.  At a Derek Trucks concert, he was backstage when Susan Tedeschi (Derek's wife and music partner), handed my brother her cell phone, so he could take a photo of her and a visiting celebrity.
Trying to work out video of the Valentine's gig next Friday.

That was quite the gathering.  Seems we all met up out front at about the same time.  Dean and Jeff came in together and we all joined up.  Dean, Jeff, Barry, and I were "roomies".  Our room lookout over the tent and line to get in.  Great tailgating.  Don't forget John, John, and non-John with Travelin' Dave.  Eventually Denali even showed up.  Barry made his move on a couple of the cigar gals and they joined our tailgating. What a hoot!  Oh, and the parking lot dust!

Unfortunately, that first (for me) CigarFest, I  had to leave Friday eve. around 6pm as soon as the raffles ended, so I missed the Saturday crowd.
CB, you mentioned getting in some RP Sungrown Maduro toros and a lighter.  I remember seeing that deal but I can't remember where, can you refresh my memory?  I hope to smoke the one I have this evening and if I like it, would like to get that deal if still available.

Thanks, Dave.  Hope I get the call and/or things work out for one of my road buddies to join you all.  It was great the last time I came ... a little chilly as night fell.
It was great to have ThreeBean Mark there.

Ramone robusto and morning coffee here watching the PGA. Ramones made by Camacho but must be a 'lesser' quality. it tastes like a cigar and that's all I care about.
