good afternoon Tuesday BOTL. back from submitting my finances with the medical center. got my monthly income adjusted to under $800 a month to qualify for cheap medical bills. referral agency found a surgeon who'll see me but I have to agree on paying the bill in full at time of appointment or wait until April 1. calling a teaching hospital in Gainesville to see what they can do or suggest. had to call the billing department at the ER when I saw the bill for $800 with a doctor's name as provider of service. never saw a doctor. agreed to a 50% uninsured discount if paid by 2/15/17. just mailed the check with details of visit.
picked up a job for the other maintenance lady. replace two pirch posts, stair stringers and hand rail, jack, level, and square her porch, repair/replace railing as needed, repair and caulk facia corners. all after the driveway job whenever concrete bag order comes in.

Life is Good. golf day tomorrow. hoping to get laid tonight. with who is still to be determined.

afternoon Dave. busy and productive day. forgot to add a $50 a month rent increase starting in March. 😞
Damn, that's pretty steep. I thought Increases were generally no more than 3% per year.
she's trying to piss off the earlier renters here so they'll leave. Duke Energy is bringing a workforce of 600 for at least 2 years. they make huge money and are renting here at $425-$450 per week per person per unit. so they are getting $1,700 - $3,000 a month. being winter with all the snowbirds booking everything it's easy money, illegal as all hell, but what choice do they have?
