Good morning all!
Good morning, Sam. Did you smoke that Platinum on the way home Friday?
Good morning Tony.  I did, and maybe it was the expectation (being a Monte and all) but I wasn't all that impressed.  only had it in the box for 2 weeks before smoking it.  i did get 2 of them so the other will wait for a while.  for me, it was pretty single minded and while ok, i didn't pick up any sweet or nutty profiles, mostly a bit of spice.  hope that helps.

WTF seems to be the theme for today. Hello all workaference indeed.
Packing the kids' lunchaference for me, but I can still relate.
What's for lunch?
Grilled ham a colby jack sandwiches.
Good start, but did you draw a smiley face on them with food coloring?
I don't even cut the sandwiches in half.
Sheesh, just phoning it in at this point.
Don't want to spoil them. When I start work again, they're lucky if their mom remembers to make lunch at all. If she does, it'll be a cold samich. Not like my melty colby jack one.
But it'll be a cold melty sammich by lunchtime.  Morning, muchachos.

I also didn't care for it. Mine was gifted to me at a b&m from a guy who smokes exclusively those. Why?

I would have told you sooner but didn't want to bias you in any way.

Agreed. But even cheese that was previously melted as a certain je ne sais quoi.

Swelling, then in and out or in and out then swelling? Two very different scenarios

Remodeling is a nightmare before the first hammer blow.  Sheesh. Took four hours of cajoling last night to get the warden to pick kitchen countertops.

I've thought about this too much already. Next topic.
