Good morning, Mr. Bean.  Last night while game was on I flipped back and forth to "Back to the Future".  I don't recall ever seeing the whole movie, it was pretty entertaining ... Now I know where your vaguely familiar Avi comes from. Pretty hilarious.

I made some percatelli with a white clam sauce last week, fat round spaghetti with a hole down the middle.
then ate some leftovers.  Do not microwave linguine with red squngilli sauce, the conch gets very tough.  ate the rest of the leftovers cold yesterday.

Now wait now....how did the sentence start with percatelli vongole with white sauce and end with linguini with red squngilli???   

I was asked about interesting things in the kitchen this week.  i made the percatelli vongole on thursday, and I had Leftovers from a trip to Staten Island on Saturday, when I took my mom out to lunch. the leftovers(squngilli), where from that.  Bannner week in the Filippini household, when I can have pasta more that almost never.

  Next time make two separate posts....helps your post count and helps me not get confused.
