Mikey!  What are we smoking this evening?
La Riqueza lancero from the Pete lancero collection.
Nice one.  I'm gonna go for a humi dive tomorrow morning and pick something "different" to smoke while working from home.
I thought you said you were going in for a change...
Nah, I will be working but why not take advantage of being able to telecommute?

Redneck Genealogy
-------------------------

Two fellows from Alabama were sitting around talking one afternoon.

After a while the first fellow says to the second, "If'n I was to sneak over to your trailer Saturday and make love to your wife while you was off huntin', and she got pregnant and had a baby, would that make us kin?"

The second fellow crooked his head sideways for a minute, scratched his head, and squinted his eyes thinking real hard about the question. Finally, he says, "Well, I don't know about that, but it sure would make us even."

Technology/Software Upgrade only means another pain in the ass to deal with for me!  Yes it is getting very crowded, hotels are packed out at $800-1000/night.  Longhorns are playing at home tomorrow so there is another 102,000 to add to the mess.  Add that to significant rainfall (by local standards) and you got yourself one big traffic nightmare!

I need the new iphones, I feel the 5s is way under-powered to run the new iOS that came out this year.  Slow and glitchy, but I spend too much on cigars and booze to upgrade.

Did I miss a hurricane hitting your area? It sounds like Mother Nature has only the feast or famine rain mode for you guys.
Seriously, is your ground even gonna be able to soak any of that up? Sheesh!
Maybe jr will get his lake filled up.
jr will need 40 days and 40 nights of rain to fill that lake.

6plus or 6Splus are both worth every penny of it just for the battery life if nothing else.  My son and I have 6plus about 6 months old for mine and a year for his and they are really great phones.

Oh yes, it will be a hell of a mess tomorrow, lines will be two blocks long to get into a bar downtown!  And with the rain (any rain does not have to be heavy) traffic will be fuct up beyond your wildest imagination.

Of course I can, we all have that ability.  but some of us have grown children and
grandchildren, and we look at life differently.  We are further removed from
frat house type humor, and might take offense more easily.  Me, I sometimes dish out

Of course I can, we all have that ability.  but some of us have grown children and
grandchildren, and we look at life differently.  We are further removed from
frat house type humor, and might take offense more easily.  Me, I sometimes dish out
the comments, if I find something funny, but I accept the consequences of my actions.  8)

Yeah. It's BS. They'll fix me up between $180-200 with no problem. They still get a sale. It's making the call and putting up with the run around that's the pain in the ass, but worth it for the discount.

Is it safe to come back in here?
Why?  Did somebody fart?

No but some asshole must have pissed in Flip's Cheerios this morning, probably Bean.

On second thought maybe they pissed in Dean's Cheerios and some spilled over into Flip's Cheerios.
I had an fried egg & cheese on a roll, but they did burn the roll a little, and i
didn't ask that the roll be "toasted".  2nd one like that this week, need to find a new breakfast truck,
on the way to work.
Beans Fault

Don't like broccoli rabe!

Cheese Tortellini with sautéed Italian sausage, chicken, black olives, mushrooms, zucchini and artichoke hearts with basil pesto cream sauce and fresh parmesan cheese.  VERY GOOD!

Garlic Breadstick on the side and chocolate mini pielet for desert.

@ Fixer Upper Lovers aka wanna bang Joanna!

Waco’s newest power couple and HGTV’s Fixer Upper stars are about to bring a bigger spotlight to their Central Texas town.

The grand opening for Magnolia Market at the Silos in Waco is Oct. 30, but if you find yourself on I-35 and about 94 miles south of Dallas before then, you’re in luck.
Fixer Upper hosts Chip and Joanna Gaines soft opened the home décor store — a practice in retail that makes sure the kinks are worked out before the grand opening. The surprise soft opening about a week ago attracted about 1,000 people, The Waco Tribune reported.

If you're up in Bean's neck of the woods, give the Mambo House a try.  Good Cuban sandwiches, Cuban entree's, "La Frita which is a chorizo + burger and mojito's from scratch.

Stopped up there last month when I was out.  Main building looking pretty good, they were working on the exterior grounds and parking.  Curious to see what they will do with the metal roof and silo's.

I watched that show one time and thought it was terrible and I don't even find Joanna a bit attractive, but then again I am familiar with Waco unlike 99% of the people that watch that show.

Sort of...  I was on a call with the vendor for two hours.  The case has actually been opened with them and we've been going back and forth on email for over two months and they just now finally understood the issue.  The shitty part is that it currently can't be fixed.  But at least we figured out a work around.  SHEEEEEEEEESH!!!!

Who? You, your ass and the couch... sounds like a snooze fest.  ;)
A meeting of the minds as it were.
I need a workaround for this fuk'n clock!  30 more minutes ::)

Cooked a pork butt last night so will make some Cuban Sandwiches from the remains tonight, I luv Cuban Sandwiches.
If you're up in Bean's neck of the woods, give the Mambo House a try.  Good Cuban sandwiches, Cuban entree's, "La Frita which is a chorizo + burger and mojito's from scratch.

Sounds good but I  very rarely get up that way, fuk'n traffic is so awful it takes me over an hour to get up there.   Horrible drive for me to get there.
Horrible drive pretty much describes I35 from Dallas to San Antonio.
Much worse than horrible.  Deadliest stretch of Interstate in America.
Probably most expensive upgrade/repair too.  Craoload of work going on and has been going on.
Plenty expensive but not generally as much as urban freeway.  That is mostly all widening work from Waco to Dallas
True, but not likely to be done in time for any of "us" to use it.
Just back from a trip to Ft Worth.  Still as f'd up as ever, but at least it wasn't the Dallas side.

First show of the new season not until December.
I watched that show one time and thought it was terrible and I don't even find Joanna a bit attractive, but then again I am familiar with Waco unlike 99% of the people that watch that show.
Hot body, but otherwise just OK by reality TV standards.  (Excluding Caitlyn, as that is a heavy outlier).

Maybe the grand daughters if they still live down that way.
It will literally always be under construction somewhere between Austin and Dallas forever unless we quit using cars or run out of ground to build on which is the situation now in Austin.
I know the feeling. We have 2 seasons here, winter and road construction.
LMAO!

She was a bit underwhelmed. I think since it's a place that I tried first and liked she had a "prove it" attitude going in.  We concluded it's a great happy hour place, with good drinks and the 1/2 price appetizers.  My cheapy cheapo influence, I guess.
