Got a terrible back spasm and have been laying on the floor ever since. Finally got one of the kids to get my phone so that I could check out the banter.

Never took one. Reluctant to do so. I'm feeling much better now. I can almost sit upright.

small dose of 5mg does it for me. No buzz or feeling of intoxication

Been alternating Advil and Tylenol and I seem to be doing much better now. These back spasms seem to be happening more frequently and with more intensity. I'll have to talk to the doc about Valium. I have an appointment on the 3rd. May have to move that appointment up. I'll see if there are any openings tomorrow or Tuesday. Appreciate the advice.

Evening, all. MOW Virtue burning.  I've had these sitting for a while. Admittedly, my box has been subject to massive temp fluctuations lately (TWSS). Nevertheless, not much virtuous about this stick and I don't think I can blame it all on the box (TWSS again).
