Once great Aretha Franklin did (can't call it sang) the National Anthem at the Lions game and Lord, past time for her to be put out to pasture.  What a Fuk'n mess that was.

lady is grumpy. too many expectations for just her daughter and a friend.
LOL, you just can't win.  Sounds to me like a real nice dinner you put together.
guests were told to be here around 12:45. first and only guest showed up at 11 empty handed because he thought the local grocery was open today. he only needed to bring dinner rolls! local grocery is family owned and refused to open so the employees could enjoy the holiday.
Deadbeat?
you could say that. old indian waiting on a hip replacement. walks at a 45° angle.
LMFAO, what a description .  I am trying to vision an old Indian walking at a 45 degree angle ???
Got me thinking about that fiasco with the neighbors last year, while they consumed almost a 1/5 of Tito's they complained the bloody Mary's were too spicy the whole time.

They used to go to another friends house for thanksgiving but his Bloody Mary's were too hot to even drink so they quit going there.

Same here, all was wonderful except my turkey was a little tough, not over cooked, nice and juicy but a little tough.  Tasted Great though.

Peach pie in about 30 minutes.

How ironic…  Son of cigarbreath is currently on temporary duty under the British Army in Kabul.  It gets better.  It is an honest-to-goodness Gurkha regiment.  The units are composed of all Nepalese Gurkha volunteers as has been the tradition since founding of the units in 1816.  Basically mercenary units fighting under the British flag similar to the French Foriegn Legion fighting for the French.  No mention of Kazaid Hansotia though.  Sheesh!
He farms everything out as well.

The Sultan of Kabul?  By the way, Kabul is a large metropolitan area with a population of over 3 million.

40'ish and a grey overcast.  One of those days that makes you look forward to spring.

Indeed.  Turkey consumed, Guardian of the Farm for dessert, with apple pie and ice cream later.

Hope all are enjoying their Thanksgiving.
