I actually do have a way around it. I can point my laptop to another proxy server (not being monitored / no policies) but it winds up slowing my computer down so much that it isn't worth it. I prefer tapatalk to that option.

And I would venture to guess that any minor buying "flavored" cigars isn't buying them for their fillers. They only like the wrapper.

That is a cigar I enjoy and don't own a single one of for some reason.  They were on the jam early this morning and I thought about buying some.  10/$37.50 which is the same price I paid for every one I have bought I think.

Former Banterer Fitzy put me on to those, he was a nice guy and just disappeared.  PM'd him and never heard back either.

Didn't O'Gunner say we had 52 or something like that.  But perhaps others are like TX and GA where Austin and Atlanta are one state while TX and GA are others.

Generally different with Debit Cards than Credit Cards, warden and sin both had those hijacked on different banks and had to sign a form and wait over a week after that for a replacement.  CC laws are far different (and more consumer friendly) than Debit Cards.

local bank debit card. two warnings came up as $1 each, then they tried a $99.78 and $95 charges. bank said that they try a dollar and if that goes through they hit for all they can get.
