first field change: I specified epoxy coated bugle head exterior screws, designed for PT lumber. Codes changed it to 12d galvanized 8" o.c. at header and post. well, bottom post anchorage is too loose and sloppy so I went to my original design.
Put the 12d gal in alongside your screws so you can say you kept to code and not get any shit for it.
Did you get your restraining order by the way?
no restraining order so long as he performs any contact with me in a professional manor and he has a letter of reprimand in his file for 6 months.

Check out these numbers: Wealthiest Musicians

#1: Paul McCartney Net Worth – $800 Million (The Beatles)
#2: Bono Net Worth – $600 Million (U2)
#3: Jimmy Buffett Net Worth – $400 Million
#4: Elton John Net Worth – $320 Million (Solo)
#5: Mick Jagger Net Worth – $305 Million (The Rolling Stones)
#6: Gene Simmons Net Worth – $300 Million (KISS)
#7: Sting Net Worth – $290 Million (The Police, Solo)
#8: Phil Collins Net Worth – $250 Million (Genesis, Solo)
#9: Dave Matthews Net Worth – $250 Million (Dave Matthews Band)
#10: Prince Net Worth – $250 Million
#11: Dave Grohl Net Worth – $225 Million (Foo Fighters, Nirvana on drums)
Good on Buffett, turning sitting on the beach with a guitar and a cold drink into $400 million. Lol
He's been pretty successful in non-music expansion....restaurants, hotels, casino's, beer...no need to continue performing except that he enjoys it.
Indeed. In fact, I think we're getting a Margaritaville downtown sometime this year or next.
do you have a downtown in Ohio?  Besides Petula Clark on 45.
Sheesh!
He's just jealous because the only Margaritaville in NJ is not in any "downtown" but on the boardwalk in AC.

I would be willing to bet there are more "downtown's " in Ohio than there are in NJ.  Except for some spots in south Jersey, we are mostly just sprawl...
Agreed, but I would now avoid, downtown Newark, Downtown Paterson, Downtown Passaic, and Downtown Camdem.  Then again, I spent my formative years in New York City, Rochester and Boston.  Garfield doesn't have a downtown, we do have a city hall though.

How can you have an uptown without a downtown?

In the small township of Weehawken that I grew up in, we had an uptown, downtown (also known as the shades) and a heights.

Speaking of Petula Clark's downtown, I give you "Ground Round"
(to the tune of Petula Clark's "Downtown")

When you eat meat
but hate the meat you are eating
Then you've surely got
Ground round

It's so unnerving
when they're constantly serving
In an eating spot
Ground round

They may call it chopped steak,
Salisbury or beef patty
No matter what it's called
It's always overcooked and fatty

What can you do?
Sound off to your waiter there
Loudly pound on the table,
Stand up on the chair,
And shout,

Ground Round,
Piled on my plate I see
Ground Round,
Always you're conning me
Ground Round,
Why must it always be
Ground round, ground round....
