Jorge Ahued of STOGIES told halfwheel the next shipment is due in five weeks meaning STOGIES should have some for its annual event, the Big Damn Cigar Jamboree & Wingding, which takes place Oct. 15.

I was actually thinking about going to their Jam.

You have the disease identified in the population, but I don't believe active mosquito vector carry has been confirmed.
