Dumpster loading underway and going well, large filing cabinet, great room sofa, 2 large outdoor lounge chairs and the old fence all loaded and I am still alive.  Plenty more to go!

The average annual rainfall for Austin is 32" and we have had 27" already this year with 14" this month.  Fuk'n global warming!
