Since Baylor pussy-footed around and only changed Starr's title and Slapped the AD's hand I wonder if the NCAA might step up and actually do something significant since they classified this as a Title IX issue which I totally disagree with, since when is rape a "student discrimination issue"?

Looks like they used 2-day priority, not Surepost. CI used Surepost on my Bueso/gift card combo. Says delivery tomorrow, but we'll see.
