Correct, so now it's a matter of who will replace her or if she will bring any of us with her.  She's starting a new analytics department at the new company, so I know there will eventually be positions available.

Interesting... how long was she there?
I believe 5 or 6 years, she's an Actuary by trade.  Was the Dir of Underwriting and Analytics when she resigned.

You think you made the short list not having been there that long?
There were 3 of us who reported to her, I know I"m above 1 of them and the other is on his way out(ready for retirement)...so by default, maybe ;)
