"The Lone Ranger" announcer Fred Foy died in Woburn, Massachusetts, at age 89.

Singer Joe Cocker, 70, died in Crawford, Colorado. Actress Christine Cavanaugh, the voice of "Babe" the pig, died in Cedar City, Utah, at age 51.
