I smoked an AVO Syncro Nicaraguan boxpressed short robusto on the way home today.  I'm not a huge AVO fan to begin with and this wasn't an exception.  It had lots of espresso and dark dry cocoa notes, which I usually like, but I just found it to be meh and not very smooth on the retrohale.  This particular cigar had rested in my humidor for about 6 weeks.
