Another SHEESH!

 1st Joy of Home Ownership today is fix a damn toilet, fixed one yesterday now working on the second one today.  Every homeowners favorite project is plumbing. ::)
I don't mind working on them but replacing one is about as much fun as going to the dentist.
I think I got the bastard fixed now, replaced everything inside the tank. 

Replaced the seat on another one yesterday, hinge broke so have replaced all 3 seats this year for that problem.

Work day done so it's time to start on the grass that I never got to yesterday while it's still nice and cold out.
Cold....a relative term....
Anyting below 80° this time of year is really strange and 2 weeks of cooler temps has been awesome.
Hell it is cloudy and 88 here with 36% humidity and a nice breeze and feels like a nice fall day.
