ROUND ROCK, Texas (KXAN)- Nutty Brown Cafe plans to make a new home in Round Rock.Thursday night, Round Rock City Council approved selling the 18.4 acre McNeil Community Park to Mike Farr, owner of Nutty Brown Cafe.HEB is tearing down the old place to build a store. Another very sad growth story.Does the Cafe allow smoking? Not that there was anything at all wrong with Cedar Street, just like my options.
