Had early Christmas and dinner at the local son's place.  Braised short rib over sweet potato.  Smelled wonderful just walking up to the house and tasted better.
Just show up and eat, that's the way to do the holidays.
I have nearly perfected that.

Long range forcast has it at 70 degrees for Christmas here.   :o
Luckily I'll be heading north tomorrow, so hopefully more seasonal temps.
I get your point, but at the same time, I'd kill for 70° right about now.

I remember those good old days. How do I get back to that?

It's 39 and sunny here right now, practically feels like spring after the last week or so.

Oh, and I'd definitely take 70 on Christmas every year until I die.

It's too early to be bitching about the cold.

I'm not a fan of sweet potatoes, but I'd sure as hell give that a try.

I don't know about Tony, but we just went through our snowiest first half of December in like 12 years. So I'm gonna feel free to keep on bitching. :D

The email has finally arrived. I could've figured out the amount myself with a small amount of math, but it's better to wait and get it right from the source. I'm not disappointed at all. :D

Here's the only bad part of the temps increasing - the boiler isn't kicking on as often as it has been. Now it's cold down here, had to turn my tower heater on.
