Busy evening slate for us this week. Youngest has volleyball games tonight and Thursday, and tomorrow, we're helping the in-laws get stuff out of their garage so they can refinish the floor, since the house is now up for sale. And they're hoping for a fast sale, because they've already purchased their new place.

Isn't it odd that you spend all kinds of money getting the house spiffed up better than when you lived in it only to sell it.

You're not wrong.

Yes, but you'll spend less money that way.  When you fix it up to live in it, you'll spend money that you can't get back.  When you're just trying to do enough to sell, it's cheaper.  ;-)

In fairness, that's the name (pun intended) of the game. I've seen many people that I recognize after you post pics, but didn't know their names. And that's what it's all about.
