William C. Paley, Proprietor of La Palina Cigars, and Cigar Rights of America host the 5th annual legal outdoor cigar smoking event in opposition to the banning of smoking in New York City's public parks.
The event is open to all individuals 21 years of age and older by showing a receipt from a New York City tobacconist dated anytime from May 19 - 22, 2015.
