Looks like I'll be heading back to Connecticut on Saturday morning for the Drew Estate event. Brad's buddy, Kevin,  found me a ticket. There's talk that this may be the last one they do in Connecticut.

Wound up going to Piattini on Newbury Street for the birthday dinner. Food was decent. Service was very good. Most importantly, they let us keep the dog with us.

Gotta write that one down so if I'm ever in Boston, I know to avoid it.

I agree. It served my purpose for this trip. We wanted an outdoor table and they were packed so they allowed us to sit inside with the dog. I thought it was strange, but I'll take it!
