But my biggest question is where is the Clemson Blue Cheese???

Grilling cheese is kinda like a slab of pre-grilled cheese that you can throw on a griddle, heat it up and it's good to go.

Chocolate cheese is similar to fudge, but more creamy.

The wasabi and fire-roasted cheeses I stay away from. I got some Muenster, some bacon cheddar and of course a bag of white cheddar curds. Also got a few things from their candy store. All in all, a good haul.

Cut the cheese up and melt it in a casserole dish.  (I liked to get the edges crispy.  Then scoop it up onto bread or a roll.  Yum!  Kind of a backwards fondue.
