It looks like it's time for some new reviews, I doubt the newer ones will be as nice, it's amazing how things have changed. This would not be a good time for them to ask "how do you like now?"

Best customer service around! Great deals and they have a large selection. Joes Daily deal gives you to wake up to and check out 1st thing in the morning. lol

What other company takes requests and sells what you ask for? Only CI. Look all you want, but CI is the best place to get all your cigar needs met. Girls & Boys of CI, keep up the good work.

I love the service that CI delivers, as well as the premium sticks at outSTANDing prices. Nothing like starting off a day with the banter, to see what everyone is doing, and what they are smoking, as well as their reviews on so many cigars. All hail the BOTL!

CI = unparalleled cust service. Jams are great fun with great buys but you are wasting time if you are waiting for really "hot" items ( Tatuaje, Liga 9 e.g. ). They rarely appear and when they do, CI pulls them before many, if any customers have time to order. These items are usually on for less than a minute to 2-3 minutes. Otherwise, CI rules and is seldom outdone. We BOTL are lucky they are are around.

A fun way to spend your money... although I think the prices have gone up in 2010. Joe used to have better deals. Still, compared to most online retailers, the prices are great.

Cigars International has the best selection, great prices (usually the lowest), and FANTASTIC customer service! I had an order for fairly expensive cigars get accidentally delivered to a neighbor, but showed as a "confirmed" delivery. When I called CI, they shipped a second order free and apologized to me--for something that was totally out of their hands! Buy here and buy often, always free shipping on their daily deal...
