Well, y'all convinced me. I was out running errands and stopped into the local gun store. The proprietor had recently come into a collection of fine old straight razors. I bought an Ivory-handled Union Cutlery razor with a slim blade for $30.

Sheesh, it's been two hours but I found a bunch of ingredients and made my first Pad Thai.  Wasn't too shabby at all.
