Good morning, Shaun.  Not so much for a bunch of birdies.

Morning men.  Just a couple hours here before heading out.  I see that it's shaping up to be another "not to be missed" jam, though.
Morning Bean.   Me too I got to spend the day on I-35 in the Temple/Waco area so you are probably jealous!  More like Jello not Jam
That area is indeed a clusterfuck.  Drove up to Dallas and back last Wednesday, and the return leg took an extra 2 hours.  Seems like it will never end.
Morning Bean
Morning Dave.  You back to being joiseydave this week?

Morning non-traveling this week Dave, Tony, Fish, Dean and any other slackers I might have missed.
So, I take it Tony's trying to pin-down Dave this week for a herf, what lit a fire under his ass?
He's getting in that holiday spirit....you know, before his weekend job at Macy's starts.
CNS, why does santa smell like smoke and dried italian meat?
I just got turned on, reading that.  And what would you like for Christmas this year, Scottie?  Ho ho ho!
Hey, now, none of that lap sitting nonsense you two got into before.

Our blinds at night and the front part of our setup.  We did about 3 dozen geese behind us, 1 dozen in front of us, 1 dozen ducks in front of us and 4 robos.

WTF?  Those Dakota foul are skittish.....in NJ, just walk up to the lake or lawns around the lake and start blasting....heck they'll even walk up to you.
Only problem is our hunting season is pretty short......November 24 6-8 bow and arrow, 8-11:30 small game, 12-2 buck, 2-3 doe.

Not so here for Deer - Guns of anykind except rimfire bucks and does from the first Saturday in November to mid January, then a 2 week youth season.  Archery starts the 1st week or so of October then runs to the end of gun season.  And we are still over run with deer everywhere.

Damn!  Yeah it's awesome being in those field blinds - really cool experience.  The whole hunt was on video, I will share once he gets it stitched together!

I don't need a blind or stand or even my gun.  Hell, I can reach out my back door and stab a 10 pt buck with a steak knife....except of course that they're twice as big as the ones you see.
