@NJDave: Get your hands on the EPC Encore yet?
Actually just ordered, so will be a bit before sampling.
Pretty pricey at Famous, average $105/box
$76/box shipped on their auction site
I paid the same at Atlantic...$76.95
Got the Celestial (6 1/8 x 50).  The smaller toro.
I marked those to watch, won't know the price until the auction opens tomorrow
You made me look at the auction page....bastige
I see the EPC Seleccion Oscuro's are starting at $100+ a box....hope OhioDave stocked up during the good times.

Current auction for the EPC Encore Primero (6 3/4 x 54) for $69 with no bites.
Robusto's up tomorrow, torpedo's on Sunday, and you have to wait until Tuesday.

Speaking of Famous...I asked the other week, but don't remember if anyone answered...
Has anyone tried the AJF Indomina.  First I've heard of it, appears to be a Famous exclusive.
(so AJ is two-timing CI !)
I have not. AJ is two-timing the entire industry at the moment

They were on the Jam earlier with 5 for about that price.

Was talking on the phone with an old friend last night, and found out that a mutual old friend from our wild days in the 80's was murdered in Laguna Beach in 2009. I never heard about it. Sad. It's making for a bummer of a day.

Morning, muchachos.

Thought for Today: "Go on failing. Go on. Only next time, try to fail better." - Samuel Beckett, Irish playwright and author (born this date in 1906, died in 1989).
He was ahead of his time.
Hmmm, you know, walking is actually falling forward and catching yourself 1 step at a time right?
Good morning all!
That's pretty deep and a lot to think about. Good morning, Sam.
Just don't attempt to chew gum at the same time.
never again!  already learnt that lesson.
Plus it's Friday the 13th, so best not to even leave your chair.
Tempted fate and went to the DMV this morning on the way in.  Was out in 15 minutes, amazing!
Mid month is the key.
And not during the summer when the teens are in there getting their permits/licenses.
At our local site, they do the driving test on a closed course.  Always entertaining to stop an watch a little of that action when there.  Permits and licenses are also handled on the other side of the building.
Why would the summer be busier?  Most here get their permits on their birthdays.
well the lines are longer at Disney World during the summer....
