I am watching a fishing show in Yankeetown, FL.  Out of B's Marina.

Just looked at the map and that place is 1/2 mile from Dean's home base.  Pretty funny.

Very classic business plan worked for many years.  It is the "in law" plan where you buy it and we use it but you can visit anytime.  Just like this banter which seems to be working out quite well for all of us
