looking to move again. hoping on my current landlord to have my money for the 1st of the month. hoping my daughter can help if not. will be out of here in a few weeks, HOPEFULLY.

what, is there nothing left to fix in the current place, it wasn't too long
ago that you moved in there.   I think you need to get three references from
any prospective landlord!  just saying.

moved in March 2nd and all my landlord has done is change 3 faucet, fix the a/c, and collect rent. I physically cannot do the work this place needs. After crunching numbers and talking with my daughter lawyer, my sponsor lawyer, and both landlords, I will have abiut $150 to live on next month. I move in October 2nd.

And what about the section roofing that is missing?

If you look closely it's not missing just discolored. A few shingles broken off from Irma and he has a roofing contractor coming this week to look at it.

There is something strange going on with that roof, asphalt shingles don't just fade and the damn ridge vent has blown off across that exact section.

If you look at the entire ridge line the setback on the ridge vent is the same. He had 6 large trees removed that I imagine had a lot to do with the discolorization. Guess I'll see when the roofers inspect it.

The end of that ridge vent I'd torn off not made that way and can't really tell about the other end but that roof ain't right.

Next question is where in FL is he going to find a legit roofer to fuk with some little pissant patch job in the next year?

right now it don't leak, and I'm not worried about it.

Hey Dean,
Glad you survived ok. Lost some trees, lots of palm fronds and coconuts, screen on one side in the Lanai, a very large bougainvillea bush approx. 12'x6' however we were very lucky indeed, got our power back within 6 hours after storm. Our biggest issue is we just got back our internet, TV, and home phone after 8 days, THANKS Comcast.
