Got our tix in the mail yesterday, taking the wife to see Phantom in NYC next month for her 40th.

Also got word that her car will be fixed instead of totaled after her accident a week ago, so that was a bit of good news. Though, the ticket she got for the accident is $270. Fuggin' crooks.
Phantom is still on Broadway?

I was about to ask the same. Make sure it's a legit ticket, LTG.

Edit: apparently it's Broadway's Longest Running Show! Haven't seen it since I was in high school.

...

Today's Highlight in History:

In 1946, ... Jimmy Carter, 21, married Rosalynn (ROH'-zuh-lihn) Smith, 18, in Plains, Georgia.
Dang, that's a loooooooong time.

I hadn't thought about it that way. Just figured since yesterday was little Friday, today must be big.

Good morning to you.

And just one rapper birthday today.  Cassidy.  Not even a real rapper name.

As far as pay goes, I'm hoping to get two months worth shortly. Apparently my escalation worked because the executive office at Chase is investigating the matter and I saw they made contact with the payor last evening.

Actually saw it here one year ago today, oddly enough. It's her favorite, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, so her 40th gave us an excuse to get out of town for a couple days.
