I'll add to what I said above that y'all seem to be more sensitive and reactive to the ridiculous than I am, because I consider most human behavior - including my own - ridiculous and comedic.

I don't disagree with what you're saying here. I definitely find human behavior ridiculous. I'll just add that I'm generally not amused by it. Perhaps that's the sensitivity you're referring to.
I'd say I'm amused by human behavior, until the ridiculousness of it impacts my life or the lives of the people I care about. Though, there is a tiny part of me that is morbidly curious to see how bad it can get.

Like a few years back, when the Browns came into the final weeks of the season and still hadn't won. A part of me definitely wanted to see them go winless, just because. Now, several bad decisions later, I don't care about them at all. I suspect that's where I'm heading with America, which is why I don't generally engage in political discussions anymore.

I don't think I'd consider that sensitive, but everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Speaking of the Browns, there are tickets available for this week's game against the Ravens for a mere $6. That's probably cheaper than every food option at the stadium. 😆

There's no probably about it. The water costs more than that at any of the nearby venues.

If you have to watch the Browns in person, your ticket should come with two alcoholic beverages, minimum.

Sensitive just means you're apt to notice ridiculousness and think it should somehow be otherwise.

Good gracious.

Yeah, I would absolutely never do one of these things. I prefer to stay away from wild animals that can maul me without a second thought.
You're married, aren't you?

@Raz, are you catering to us liberal types? Or are you secretly one of us? I noticed more than once that you've posted links from MSN.
I think I'd get mauled by a lion before he saw that light. :D
We are ALL liberals here.  Some of us are conservative liberals, and some are progressive liberals.  But historically, we're all liberals. The only real disagreement among us is the best means of achieving the liberal ideal of life, liberty and property.  Y'all, generally speaking, see government as the most potent means of achieving that ideal, and I don't.  But we agree on the ideal.
I disagree.  I don't see government as the means or method for achieving that.  I just want them not to F up my pursuit.

Yeah, but I could take her. 😆
