Tired Dog
-------------------------

An old, tired-looking dog wandered into the yard. I could tell from his collar and well-fed belly that he had a home.

He followed me into the house, down the hall, and fell asleep on the couch. An hour later, he went to the door, and I let him out. The next day he was back, resumed his position on the couch and slept for an hour. This continued for several weeks. Curious, I pinned a note to his collar: "Every afternoon your dog comes to my house for a nap."

The next day he arrived with a different note pinned to his collar: "He lives in a home with four children -- he's trying to catch up on his sleep. Can I come with him tomorrow?"

SORRY30 still works this morning
And works very well!!!

Thanks for sharing.
My pleasure, though picking up NJDave's slack lately is getting tiring
Just like at work, ya do a thankless job and everybody expects it.  Somebody else tries it and all of a sudden it's hard, I need more resources, I need recognition and a raise....
Jeez, touchy this morning
Seems like he would appreciate the help but some folks have trouble admitting to themselves they are  aging and slowing down. ;D.   Dave is still in the "transitional stage" I guess.
I am long past old age denial and in pre-retirement stage and appreciate the young folks picking up the slack.
Except all they do is fuck it up, complain about it, then you have to go back and fix it.

LOL, find the good I always say and the good is they keep us around so there will be somebody to go back and fix shit which is exactly what I am still there for.  That is what my unexpected meeting was for yesterday as a matter of fact.

CI is getting just a bit lazy with their website logo....Didn't bother with Thanksgiving at all and went straight to Christmas?  WTF?
Thanks, Obama.
Mooselums do not honor Christmas
Do they live in Canada?
That is Obama's new way of pronouncing it

It's all about the money.  Just exited a Starbucks with all their Christmas decorations up.  Sheesh.
I went into Caribou this morning and they had Christmas stuff up but the girl was wearing a turkey-hat...it was a total mind fuk
Should have showed her your penis
Now THAT would be a contradiction  (pun intended)
Thanksgiving is supposed to be about things to be thankful for....

Why is that YellowStar?  They sing Christmas songs in the Thanksgiving Parade and Santa arrives at the end.  Ya gotta be more open minded, like TexDave and myself.
Ha!

Also have a cbid order landing today. All this just in time for non-smoking season! Lol
"Aging Season" LALTS - that's the only chitty part about the weather now, getting a little too chilly.  I dont mind heating up the garage, but clearing out the smell is a b*tch compared to the summer/fall/spring
That's one reason I'm glad to have a detached garage - no smell wafting into the house concerns.
It doesn't seep into the house too bad - I did buy a nice door 'sweep' for the bottom that has an awesome seal now.  It's more like the stale air just stays in the garage worse so it smells for 2 - 4 days instead of being 95% gone by the next morning.

Get yourself a Scentsy for the garage.  A ton of warmer and scent varieties, though I doubt they offer a "motor oil and gasoline" scent if you're after authenticity.

CI is getting just a bit lazy with their website logo....Didn't bother with Thanksgiving at all and went straight to Christmas?  WTF?
Let's see, it's a commerce website.  People buy Christmas gifts. When was the last time you bought a box of cigars for someone for Thanksgiving?  I rest my case.  Good morning boys....
So you're saying you're NOT getting me any cigars for Thanksgiving?
That's it, I'm deleting my account.

Four vitola Crowned Heads La Imperiosa - $21.95  (no free ship)
I posted that 3 days ago, Sheesh old man keep up! :)

I need to try another one now that they have rested a while, I would not give $10 for 4 more if they have not improved.  Very ho-hum to me., but they might have turned good by now!

You back home CB?
Indeed.  Drove the entire way home with that storm front.  Wind, rain, mist, fog - Sheesh!
Now settle in, pour a bit of a favorite beverage, fire up a nice cigar and you're set!
When is your family due in Dave?
Around 1:00 AM....looks like I'll be getting a couple of cigars in tonight.
Wow, late night and early morning  of driving, ohhhh to be young again!

When you've got little babies, your schedule is off anyway, so I guess not too much of a challenge for them.  Not something I would do.

Famous says only 4 left but they are $28.95 @ Famous and if Fish's 30% off deal still works you can do that then add some Namakubi's from the Mash for FS and get 30% off them too.

Famous still has some Jericho Hill 12 Honest Men boxes if that 30% off code still works they would be a deal at about $75/box

Starting a nice long week off.  Fired up a Room 101 Johnny Tobacconaut.
Very pretty cigar, a bit overdressed (and overpriced), but let's see.

Yes... go on

Ya. I'm sure they'll make it interesting though.  Always spirited and the Dawgs have been consistently inconsistent.

Steve, you still here?  Put comments on another page...figured I'd catch you up when I talked with you next.   Thought it was very good, smooth and great burn characteristics.  Started out with a bit of a pepper assault, and just some oak and leather detected through that.  It did settle down and was a pretty steady coffee with a pleasant creaminess.  Nice semi-sweet fruit just under that with some floral that comes and goes.  Enjoyable, but price point would prevent me from going with a box.
